Ideal work shoes for my son who works in retail. They last about 6 months, he walks over 100k steps a week. I always have a new pair ready for him, cheap enough and he finds them very comfortable.

Shame on you M&S. These school shoes are wearing through the sole after just half a term of wear! At this rate, we’d have to buy 6 pairs of school shoes per year. Obviously, very poor material choice for soles as the rest of the shoe looks nearly new. We used to see M&S school shoes as a value option versus Clarks, not anymore.

My son has just gone into yr 6, he is really heavy on shoes. Mainly because he plays football every lunchtime. I’ve very much been a Clark’s mum for a decade but I decided to try these as Clark’s did not last beyond a term last year. Love them. Much cheaper, look like a trainer, light, comfy and so far all I’ve had to do is give them a quick wipe and ready to go again. The sole looks strong so I’m hoping they will last.

My 15 year old son says these are super comfortable shoes. Like walking on a cloud. Considering these are the 3rd pair of shoes he has had this year, these are by far his favourite ones. He is always playing football at school so his shoes take a bit of a knock. Wish I had bought these sooner.

Really good for the stone kicking and running my son loves. Bought an expensive pair from a well known brand and they lasted from August to October 😢. These look smart and they feel strong... he will definitely get more than 2 months wear from them. I think they will be our go to from now on

My son is 14 and a size 9 he loves these shoes says they are so comfortable, and better than his usual school shoes. I usually get clarks but they didnt have any he wanted in a size 9 so we got these best decisions they look smart and are really comfy. I'll definitely be buying all his school shoes from M & S in the future.
