I was extremely satisfied with the duvet cover and the rest of the bedding I purchased at the same time. It was a completely new set up for the newly decorated bedroom. I also revamped the lighting at the same time using your products as well.

This duvet cover is extremely luxurious and comfortable. The pale pink is a lovely colour- very understated but ‘lifts’ the colour in an otherwise very neutral bedroom

Dreadful creasing

The creases in the cover straight out of the packaging were significant and impossible to shift with a dry iron. After careful washing, the cover looked shabby and crumpled. It was straightforward to iron (damp) but, like the pillowcases, creased dreadfully again when I put it on the duvet itself. I don't know what M & S mean by Staynew Technology and Easy Iron: it certainly hasn't reached the cover I bought. I wouldn't dare tumble-dry it: it would be a disaster! It has a small flaw in it which worries me: should I take it back?
