From the farm...Our delicious Special Reserve Aberdeen Angus sired beef has been matured according to the traditional dry aging method, a world away from today's modern production processes. This method is only suited to the very best sides of beef, with the perfect degree of marbling. Once hung excess moisture gradually eveporates from the meat over a minimum of 28 days, concentrating the flavour for an exceptional taste, tenderness and succulence.
In the event of supply difficulties, or with discontinued products, we reserve the right to offer alternative goods or packaging of equal quality and value.

No, I don't recommend this
It was bought on a Sunday for dinner. One of the steaks was brown in colour.and had a lot of gristle in it,. The second steak was barely acceptable. A very poor buy.

One of the best steaks I had in a long time - also bought some peppercorn sauce to have with it and it was delicious. I like rib eye because it is marbled and hence tastier and this steak was nicely not fatty like some can be. Good value overall, especially compared with having similar in a restaurant and these are hit and miss really in my view - rather buy an M & S steak.

I must say that M&S rib-eye is absolutely delicious. Tried it the other night with the new M&S Black Pudding - the best I've ever tasted. Just try it!

Great tasting piece of beef cooked rare 3 mins a side over high heat you can keep fillet this is rib eye at its best
