Stain Away™ Suede Ankle Boots with Insolia®

Great style of boot but really poor quality, suede is terrible, very patchy. I got them in the sale otherwise they would have gone straight back! Not worth the price

Very poor quality, the suede was shiny on the heals and on a lot of the foot. I have the navy ones and I am very pleased with these, but the black are dreadful. Very surprised at M&S for selling a product of such bad quality. Retured.

Really excited when I saw this ankle. Perfect in every sense.....except the quality of the suede when it arrived. It looks like it's been worn, the suede was worn out on the back and front of the boots. I was so disappointed, and there was no replacement!!

I have these in the khaki/grey colour so decided to buy another pair in black in the sale. Good heel height for day or smart. Nice and fitted on the ankle so good with skinny jeans. Bought a 4.5 even though I am usually a 5.5 as they come up big. I was hesitant due to other reviews that the suede was poor quality in places but got them for £35 in the sale so okay for the price. It is true the suede is poor quality and quite smooth and shiney in places so not as nice as my other pair hence the 4 stars. I love the style and fit though so pleased with them.

Love the shape - just a nice heel height to make them comfy for walking around. Can wear with jeans and with dresses. I wear leggings and socks under dresses instead of tights and these ankle boots are high enough to hide the hem of the leggings so I love them. The only problem was that when I received them in the post the suede on the heels look like it's worn - it's not - it just looks like it's very smooth - this might be the way it was packed.

I have returned these boots as they look old before they have been worn as the swede was rubbed off in places. I am not sure whether this is a design feature as I ordered these over the internet and you could not tell from the photo. The order was late as well.

Unfortunately I had to return these boots because they arrived damaged. On the front and back of each boot they had bald patches where the suede was missing. I was going to send for a replacement, but after reading other customer reviews who commented on this, I decided not to try another pair. This is the only reason I have given a poor review. It is a shame because the boot was a good fit, comfortable and very fashionable with the detail down the side.

The boots in the shop were lovely but when it came to ordering the correct size and colour I was very disappointed - twice! The suede was very patchy leaving flat parts which were shiny making them look very cheap. I reordered but the second pair was the same.

Love these boots, very comfortable. Needed 1/2 size less than normal, bought the navy too, very pleased, lovely boots.

I love these boots. I wanted a pair with a higher heel for going out. I agree they are sized a bit big. I usually buy boots 1/2 size bigger but with these my usual size 4 fitted. I solved the problem of the shiny patches by using a suede brush.
