Each spring is placed in its own chamber, so it can respond individually to your body's unique shape. This design also cuts down on motion transfer to reduce disturbance from your partner's movements as you sleep. If you’ve ordered two or more pieces of furniture products, we will aim for one delivery to your address – this is to minimise inconvenience and disruption to you and to help the environment with our Plan A commitment. Orders will be dispatched within one week and confirmation of a delivery date will be arranged directly by our supply and carrier partners. Our delivery team will deliver furniture to a room of your choice (you will need to specify this with our delivery partners and ensure suitable access is provided for delivery).
Assistance for product assembly will be dependent on the Brand, please review this at Brand level before ordering find out more. Some items are delivered flat packed. These flat packed pieces will need to be assembled by you. You can check this before you order under the ‘Product details’. Currently we cannot offer a white glove service or packaging removal.

Mouldy mattress
No, I don't recommend this
I have had this mattress a year and despite my room having adequate ventilation and no mould on my walls or ceiling I have what appears to be mould on my mattress at both head ends. Despite the fact I have had two conflicting castelan reports and no one can identify what the marks are or confirm it is not mould. M&S have refused to do anything about this. I wish I had never bought a mattress with a layer of wool in as I think this is the problem. My other mattress never ever had mould growing on it. Last time I purchase a big item off M&S and feel I have wasted my money. Shame as other than that the mattress is really comfortable . I am now having to go to the furniture ombudsman.

Good Firm Mattress, but not great on size

I bought this king size mattress from M&S to go with the king size M&S bed, on the same order, came on the same delivery, but unfortunately mattress is not the size of the bed, and there is a couple of inches space when pushed to one side, which is not a good feature at all. The mattress is firm and fabric seems good quality, but not tried it out yet for a night. Rather disappointed in the sizing unfortunately.
