2pk 10 Denier Ladder Resist Matt Hold-Ups

Obviously even head office don't take any notice, I did complain about the size being way out of portion ,but I did say I would give time to either sort it or at least tell me why small have to be large!! Before I inform the general public. I shall wait and see if M&S care about their customers

Nice and long, but one of the stockings refuses to 'hold up'. The others are fine, so it isn't my legs!!

These hold ups are so soft and smooth and stay up however the colour is not as dark as i would have liked, i have always been drawn to the old style 'American Tan' colour these are lighter but still nice and comfortable to wear.

Dont stay up. I am small but don't consider myself a skinny Minnie however I wouldn't dare go out in these because I couldn't get them to stay up

I’ve been wear these for years. Have tried other brands. Nothing is as good as these.

I have worn these holdups for many years and they have always been fantastic quality, the lace/silicone has always kept in tact after washing, but over the last 12/18 months, the quality of the lace is poor, they slip down as soon as you start to walk, which can be very embarrassing depending on where you are! I'm 5'10" slim build, the large has always fit perfect for my long legs, these days, I have to pull as hard as I can to get them up and even then, they slip down. I'm gutted because they were always great value for money, not now.

I bought these to wear on Christmas Day with my outfit. Bitterly disappointed because they don’t stay up despite my putting them on securely. Very embarrassing. I had to take them off and be bare legged. Would definitely not recommend these.

I have trouble with tights always rolling down so thought I would try these, I was very surprised that they stayed in place all day, it’s a game changer for me no more tights in my house.

Used to be brilliant!!! Obvs changed supplier now they feel cheaper and poor quality

These hold ups have not been the same in the last two years or so. The quality of the stocking remains very good but the lace/silicone part is not as good. The edge of the lace is not thick enough the stay in place and tends to curl under/over which does not allow it to grip the thigh properly and consequently it begins to slip down the thigh. I have been buying these hold ups for the past 15 years but, as I said, in the last 2 to 3 yrs the quality is not the same. Can anyone look into this with the manufacturer? I hope so!

I sized up because I worried about them being too short and they fit perfectly, however 1 pair ripped (the top band detached from the rest) when putting them on very gently, so they aren't that strong clearly. Another one got torn as I walked and brushed my ankle against a cardboard box so again not very durable for the price, [brand] ones did better and I was wearing those with pet cats.

Purchased to wear with a new bra and knickers set in black lace and mesh. The hold ups complimented the set. Very pleased with the quality and will definitely add more to my shop next time. They hand washed lovely and already lasted longer than my usual brand. Will purchase M&S from now on

I wanted a pair of hold up to wear to attend a dinner dance . I was disappointed to read a review that said they didn’t stay up however I gave them a try . And they were great, good shade and they stayed in place all evening even though I was dancing from 8pm until midnight , I will definitely buy more in future ….
