Bought as a gift and when they eventually arrived, were commented on as being delightful. Communications on delivery were good to start with but then fell away badly and I had to initiate a conversation to establish why the original date had failed. It was only then I got a revised delivery date which was fulfilled.

These are so versatile -easily delivered as they go through letter boxes and hence are never left on the step.
