Joseph Joseph's adjustable rolling pin is a kitchen essential for keen bakers. With five sets of removable rings that attach to the ends, this handy tool allows you to create the exact pastry thickness you require. It rolls pastry thicknesses of 2 mm (1/16"), 4 mm (1/6"), 6 mm (1/4"), 8 mm (5/16") or 10 mm (3/8") approximately. You can also use it as a conventional rolling pin by simply removing the rings.
