For Clothing & Home orders less than £60, the Gift Card delivery fee will be removed from final delivery costs at checkout. Remaining delivery costs will still apply.

If you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by the phone, you have the right to cancel all or part of your order for a gift card at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you place your order, provided none of the balance has been spent.

This was an easy way to refund a friend for sending me items I can't get in New Zealand. It would be even easier if voucher could have been emailed to her to save delivery cost but I didn't get that option?
