For £2.50, you can now order and collect your online order on the same day from the following 20 stores:
Bluewater, Brooklands, Camberley, Castlepoint, Cheltenham, Culverhouse Cross, Eclipse Park Maidstone, Fosse Park. Handforth, Kingston, London Colney, Longbridge, Meadowhall, Norwich, Sears Solihull, Silverlink Newcastle, Stevenage Retail Park, Teeside, Torbay and Vanguarde Monks. (Please note that this is subject to availability and may change depending on location, product type and carrier availability.)
To collect your order on the same day, all you need to do is follow the below steps:
• Visit our checkout before 1pm on the day you want to collect your order.
• Choose to collect your order from one of the 20 stores listed above.
• If your order qualifies and Click & Collect now is available, you will be able to select the same day as you are placing your order as your collection date, from the collection date calendar shown.
• A £2.50 charge will be added to your order once the same day is selected.
• Once you complete your order, we will email you your order confirmation which will confirm your same day delivery date.
• We will email you again as soon as your order is ready to collect in-store.

Please note that orders placed with British Forces Postal Office (BFPO) are expected to arrive within 10-14 working days. Unfortunately, we are only able to track your order as far as your BFPO office. Once your parcel has been delivered to the BFPO office, you'll need to contact them directly for any further delivery updates.

We’re really sorry about that. If you have received any incorrect items, you must inform us within a reasonable period of time. Where possible, you will be asked to return the products to us using one of our free returns options. We’ll keep you updated about your order via email – you’ll initially receive an order confirmation from us, and we may also send you important updates about items in your order, including when they’ve been despatched.
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may have to send some items separately and these may occasionally be delivered by different couriers. Our couriers deliver between 7am and 9pm. During busy periods, we may deliver outside of these hours.

If you’re collecting from one of our Simply Food stores, please check in using the Click & Collect digital screen. If you’re collecting from one of our clothing & home stores, when you arrive at your store, look for a collection point in the Foodhall.
If you’re unable to find the digital screen or collection point, please ask one of our store colleagues, who will happily help you.
Please bring your confirmation email with you (either printed or on your phone) to collect your order. One of our store colleagues will then bring you your food order.

Home delivery
Most deliveries need to be signed for, so if you’re out when delivery is attempted, our couriers will leave a card explaining what to do next.
If you’ve ordered a hamper, we’ll leave it in a safe place if you’re not home. However, as hampers can contain perishable items, we recommend choosing a day when you know someone will be available to sign for it.
Store collection - Cakes
As food items are perishable, you’ll need to collect your order on the same day it arrives in store. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend your collection date or give you a refund if you don’t collect your order on the selected day. Cake orders can be cancelled or amended within 30 minutes of placing the order – after this time, we are unable to change or amend your order or chosen collection store.
Store collection - Everything else
We’ll hold your order at your chosen collection store for seven days after your selected collection date. If you’re unable to collect your order by the seventh day, please contact our customer service team and they will be able to extend the collection period for you. Otherwise, your order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued to your original payment method only.
International delivery
Some international deliveries need to be signed for on receipt. If there’s no one available, we’ll leave a card explaining what to do next.

We are encouraging customers to bring their own bags to collect their online orders. We are committed to reducing, reusing and recycling our packaging and are trialling new alternatives. In some stores, you may find that items in your Click & Collect order are packaged in a plastic bag or given to you without one. Please note: all products are sold on a delivery duty-unpaid basis, so recipients outside the EU may have to pay import duties, or other taxes. Our local delivery partners may also charge fees for processing import duties. To place an international order, first select the country you wish to ship using the region selector at the top right of our website. At checkout, you can then enter the delivery address for that country. If you frequently ship to the same international address, you can save it in your account settings under ‘Your account’ > ‘Go to your account’ > ‘Address book’.
