golden caster sugar , divided

rolled oats

ground cinnamon
to taste

Method

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200ºC/180ºC fan.
Step 2
Put the fruit (to taste) into a baking dish with a sprinkle of sugar (25 g) and some cinnamon (3 g) .
Step 3
Make your crumble mixture. Mix the flour (150 g) , sugar (75 g) and oats (100 g) in a bowl together.
Step 4
Add the cubes of room temperature butter (150 g) and rub the ingredients together until you have a crumbly texture.
Step 5
Pour the crumble topping over your fruit.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Serve warm with custard, cream or ice cream.
