Fabulous Bed
Fantastic bed, very comfortable and looks wonderful. The ordering and delivery were excellent. Two man delivery team put the bed together in an upstairs bedroom. Not many companies will do this. Minor problem sorted immediately by customer service. Would thoroughly recommend. I ordered this bed after a not so good experience with the furniture customer service team, which took 2 months to determine that fabric samples are not available for beds. So pleased I did order it.

This is a very smart bed and looks great in the room we bought the pillow topped mattress to use with it and it’s so comfortable Delivery was perfect on time with friendly and efficient delivery team who put the bed together and took away all packaging Very pleased

Poor quality
No, I don't recommend this
The product quality is very poor. Screw holes in the bed frame are missing where they are supposed to be - according to the manual too - so the leg plates can actually only be fixed 2/3 so making it very unstable and unsafe. Then the slats and fixtures are very poor and flimsy. Plastic caps that split when placing in position - following the manual to a T. Disappointed - I don’t feel safe using this product and would not recommend.
