No, I don't recommend this
Not medium support - squishy! Not very full of stuffing so it condenses down a lot, and the contour is not very pronounced. Not what I expected from the product and a bit disappointed

Disappointing Soft Pillows Not Firm!
No, I don't recommend this
I bought 2 of these pillows to replace the neck support pillows purchased some time ago. They are not the same. They are soft and do not support the neck like the previous ones. I returned one but as I had opened the packaging to test its suitability M&S will not accept the return of the second one.

I have used this type of pillow from marks for a few years now. They don’t last long so I replace as necessary. Bought this a couple of weeks ago and it’s awful. The inside has been changed so I had to go back to my old tatty one. Very disappointed.

This is the best contour pillow I have ever bought. I love it. I used to wake up with neck pain and headaches but I don’t now. It is soft but supportive and doesn’t loose it’s shape. I highly recommend it.

Do NOT Buy
I purchased this 'neck support pillow' to support my neck and after only a week the inferior filling used is flattening. I wish I had not bought it M&S really need to get on-top of the quality of your products!
