Cotton Rich Utility Jacket

This is a beautiful jacket; utilitarian is right. Gorgeous cotton fabric, lightweight but not flimsy, lots of pockets - the unobtrusive side pockets allow for hands and keep the line of the jacket clean. I’ve worn it as a just-in-case-the-weather-changes (I’m a Scot), as protection from cold winds (its collar and long sleeves do the job nicely) and as a layer underneath a gilet. So many pockets! There’s a green version with a slightly different collar which I also snagged. There’s a drawstring waist but I’m wearing it straight. They’re a bit pricey but the quality is plain to see and I’ll be wearing these jackets very happily for years to come.
