My first Superdry item, and the quality is suitable for the price. It's super-cosy, and looks good. BUT, engaging the zip is very awkward, and sometimes all but impossible. Hopefully it'll ease up with time. I did contact Superdry, but they ignored my email, so I'll avoid them in the future.
