Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition
To prolong their life, re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place them in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Generally a nice bouquet of delphiniums although I was disappointed to find pink in the arrangement as I had picked them especially for a baby boy gender reveal

Flowers were a gift. They were apparently beautiful, but colours were completely different from photo. I deliberately chose a blue/white bouquet, as shown, for a specific reason. The flowers were pink.

I ordered these flowers for my daughters anniversary as she had delphiniums in her wedding bouquet. They arrived on the right day but the bouquet only contained 1 or 2 delphiniums and the rest were a mixed selection of pretty ordinary flowers. I have contacted customer services but had no response.
