Definitely makes a difference!
Yes, I recommend this
My fringe has become so fine that a friend actually commented on how thin it’s become. I bought this despite the price and I’m glad I did. Use about 6-7 squirts and style as usual. After 3 washes using this product, my fringe looks and feels thicker and denser and that’s worth every penny. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with fine or thinning hair.

High hopes
I haven't used this product yet as I'm waiting to get my hair done and will use after that, I do use Philip Kingsley products and I find them very good for my fine hair it helps to make it feel fuller so I'm hoping that this one will do it to, I feel my hair needed a change as been using the same shampoo and conditioner for years.
