these are really good. I'm trying (& failing) to get into running, so I don't really know if they are any good on that front. But I do know that they are fantastic for dog walking on all trails

Too tight rubs small, I’m usually size 9 and have narrow feet these are too tight and there is no support. When you step it feels hard.

I feel so comfortable my with my shoes, my toes don’t hurt after a long day. I could walk all day on it without feeling uncomfortable or like I’m even wearing something, I wish there was a, waterproof version of it as it can be slippery on wet surfaces
