Although the fleece material of this jacket is thin, it is versatile. I can wear it as my only jacket on a slightly chilly day or I can wear it underneath a raincoat or windbreaker on a colder day. The design is very basic, but it has a nice feature of pockets that zip so that my phone doesn't fall out. I got the City Grey Heather color first and liked it so got the Sea Salt as well. I was slightly disappointed that the Sea Salt version is see through (which you can't tell in the product photo) but I guess I will wear it with lighter colored t-shirts.

This jacket is very comfortable to wear and it keeps me warm. The fleece is really soft also. I like that the sleeves don’t have elastic cuffs. The pockets are really big and deep and my skin doesn’t stick to the pocket material like the Benton Springs jackets. I agree with other reviewers that it does run small, so size up a size if you want a more relaxed fit. Columbia-please keep making this style in more colors-especially pinks and purples.

I have this exact jacket in gray in a size small, so I didn't hesitate to order it online in navy blue in a small. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit, too tight across the shoulders and in the arms. I checked the size chart just to make sure, but sizing is off. If I order a medium, it will be too large.

I purchased a Medium and it runs very small. The sleeves are also long. The Medium fits the same as another Columbia jacket I have that is a size Small. I am returning and will order a Large.

Fits way too tight and not true to size. Also just not that pretty--photo doesn't do it justice. Not to happy as wanted for a trip but it's not gonna be warm enough which again I thought would of been warmer then it is.

Have had 3 of these over the years. Love the style and fit but the color choices are limited and not very attractive. Don't understand why a best seller jacket like this doesn't offer some of the wonderful deep or bright colors other manufacturers have. Get so tired of ordering black.

I love this fleece jacket. I usually get 1 or 2 new ones every year. I have a closet full of them (at least18) and continue to purchase it again and again. Today I am replacing my black one and nocturnal because those are the two colors I wear daily for work and they are about worn out.

Just bought my second Fast Trek II jacket because, after having a first one for a few years, it is absolutely my favorite— the one I reach for again and again for a couple of reasons: first and foremost is the quality of the fleece— no pilling, good weight, not too fuzzy, and holds up and still looks new after a couple of years; second is fit — for a 5’8” woman, I appreciate that the sleeves and body of the jacket are long enough for me. I wear an XL in this jacket for the length and room it gives me. In the photos, it often looks very short on the model. They must be wearing the smallest size possible. I also love the seams at shoulder, and body— jacket looks a bit fitted and curvy rather than straight and boxy. I wear this indoors just as much as outdoors. The zippers are a bit of overkill for an indoor piece of clothing, but I don’t mind. It reigns as my favorite!
