The dress is a lovely fit with a nice neckline. The dress is nearly ankle length but i am a size 16 and 5' 5" and also 70 years of age and the style and colour are really nice. I have worn it on holiday this week and it was really dressy

Lovely dress and particularly like the neckline; the material is good, doesn’t crease and hangs well. However, given the fitted bodice shape I’m surprised there is no side zip. I bought my usual size 12 which fitted nicely but was quite a fight to get on and off so I went up to a 14 which is easier to don although not as well-fitted, but still looks pretty and will be suitable for any occasion. I also bought the navy and white spot version in a 14 but it was cut differently and the armholes were too big so, sadly, it was returned.

This is such a flattering dress. I find it difficult identifying dresses to suit me being of the well rounded variety but this dress is something else. The shape works well to show a waist which I thought was long gone. The sweetheart neckline is just that, sweet! More like this for those of us more shapely please M&S.
