PDO-certified and sourced directly from Cyprus, our Traditional Cypriot Halloumi is full of the taste of the Mediterranean. It's made in the centuries-old way, by hand-folding sheep and goat's milk into a cheese that has a perfectly firm texture for grilling and frying. A touch of dried mint adds subtle herbal seasoning to its beautifully balanced saltiness.
