Quality issue - the lace and the stitching

The lace wasn’t ‘joined’ together in places. Each lace pattern piece is joined to the next by looped stitches - some weren’t there at all and some were too long and stuck out. One of the front seams was very bulky with the top part on the bodice was stitched to lay to the right and then joined to the skirt seam which was stitched to lay to the left meaning where it joined it wouldn’t lay flat and was bulky / stuck out. I returned and ordered another but there were similar issues. It’s a shame because the overall look and couloir are nice.

Perfect service: perfect fit
I instany loved this dress! It certainly ticks all those boxes. I ordered online and collected instore, Liverpool 1. The process was very straightforward and my item arrived eaier than expected. (great!) I tried the dress on instore, but it didnt fit, too big, (hurray!) So I had to return it, which i did whilst I was still there. This process was also seamless and took seconds. The staff were very helpful in this, and explained simply and clearly the scanning, etc. I ordered a replacement a couple of days later and collected also from Liverpool. Size 10 is a Good fit. So now you know: good quick ordering, good customer service. Quick delivery and returns. Who could want for more. Oh, and the dress? It's gorgeous on me!

I was hesitant about buying this price wise but it did not disappoint. Beautiful on and material looks expensive. I bought a similar one from a different company on line. They looked very similar but what a difference in fit and material. I’ve kept the Sosander one.

I ordered 16. I am normally a 14 and it was still too small. Wasn’t happy with the quality and finish either for the money. Now returned

Most stunning red I’ve seen & is so beautiful
This is such a beautiful dress & the colour is amazing. The dress is feminine and classy and looks more expensive than it cost. It’s incredibly flattering and if you want to turn heads, this dress will do that for sure. Whilst it’s quite dressy and suitable for a cruise, special dinner, wedding etc you could also wear it on a dinner date or to an informal party - so it’s a win win.

It's lined and made beautifully. It's fitted but a size 12 was just right size. As it was reduced, it was a better price for me. Taking this on a cruise. Very pleased with it.
