The boots looked ok but they were extremely stiff and uncomfortable. I thought that they would be soft leather. Expensive for the quality. Good service from M&S and easy to return.

Lovely boots. I was concerned whether they would be too narrow for my feet, but they are fine. The height isn’t too high, and the zip up the side makes them easy to get on/off. Nice quality, although expensive, it did take a lot of umming and arring before purchasing.

These boots are way better than i'd hoped. My feet are wide at the front and i usually buy wide fit shoes so i wouldn't have been surprised if they'd been too narrow for me. They are absolutely perfect though. Snug but incredibly comfy. I usually don't spend as much on my footwear but maybe I'll be a convert to this brand as i love these so much. Look perfect with dresses and jeans. Just like some my granny wore in a photograph over 100 years ago, and I'd always wanted a pair. Would love to get them in black too, but might need to save up.
