I have purchased these style and make of slippers for many years. I recently bought my usual pair only to find that they didn't seem to fit as well as previous pairs. On closer examination I found that they now have a piece of elastic fitted on the join between the front and rear section. This causes a much looser fit at the heel and I find that I now seem to step out of them when walking. I feel that this is to their detriment and I will have to look elsewhere when I purchase another pair.

Not suitable at all. And I left them in the store Not visible on the website is the elastic on one side This makes the slipper too loose fitting and quite unwearable They are not like the pair I had previously which were excellent Will not order these again

My third or fourth pair, generally about fifteen years apart. Excellent slippers. Not sure about the new elastic side gusset though. I wonder if this will have the same longevity as previous pairs which didn't have this feature.

A lovely quality slipper. A replacement pair for my husband who wore his previous ones until they literally fell apart after years of constant use.. The fit is perfect apart from one foot which needed a shoe inner because it was a tiny bit too big. Shoe inner in and slippers are a perfect fit. One happy husband

I bought these for an elderly friend who can no longer shop for himself. His old slipper (same ones as I ordered) were becoming a bit tatty , mind you he has had them years. He was delighted that I managed to get him a replacement pair, and he is very happy with his purchase.
