Poor Build Quality
Originally posted on LEGO
No, I don't recommend this
The set looks fine when completed but the process of getting there is frustrating to say the least. Poorly designed pressure points can fracture or collapse the entire set when putting it together, making something that's supposed to be fun a hassle and a headache. Not worth the trouble unless you're just in it for the Fives mini fig.

Modularity is cool…with some mods.

Great set. Especially with Fives. Bought 3 sets for the modularity. Modified it so the wall was all along the same side. Loved the build and it’ll be great hanging in my shelf.

Great mini-fig selection in this set, the Echo anniversary trooper is a nice added bonus as well. Easy to build, more of a playset for young kids but with the figure selection, anyone who likes the original trilogy should get this set. relatively affordable for the mini-fig selection.

So this set is great, I bought two and the fact that they connect is a very nice touch, Lego! Makes for a great display scene, although I could hope for a sign telling what it is. Fives is a great addition, but I’m kind of unsure why he’s in this particular set, but hey, I’m not gonna complain… except that the kama is one again printed. Please give us fabric ones. Please. The sliding door mechanic is nice and the “exploding” mechanisms are good for playing with it if desired (I just have it on display). The fact that it is unmarked is also nice as it could be any ship, and I can switch out the figs for clones and battle droids for other display options.

Super enjoyable after build! I’d say it’s worth the money to those interested in the minifigures, however for me it wasn’t incentive to buy.

SO FUN!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was definitely worth the wait! As you can see the Boarding the Tantive IV has been built. It took my son about two hours with a little help from big brother to complete! So much fun for the kids to build and kept them entertained for a few hours! I would definitely recommend for the Lego Star Wars lovers!

Fun to play and display alike

I bought this to play with my daughter. She loves using the levers to open/close the door and send the figures flying. I wish there were more like this! The set is also compact and doesn't take much space, but if you want it bigger, you can buy two (or three) and combine them! Fice's looks fine for me. I thought the printing looks good and it's nice to have it on display.

I want to be honest with this review; I only bought the set for the Fives minifig. But I was pleasantly surprised with a good build a good figs. The Darth Vader fig is pretty good, always has been, and I love the detailed stormtroopers. I do wish the rebel fleet troopers had duel molded legs but what we get is fine. I love the door feature, and yes, I admit I did spend more time than I should have opening and closing the door. I love the fives mini figure, its a great addition to my clone army.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Lego set was so much to put together. The instructions were clear and made sense. It was very in-depth and even has a moving door with two ways to open it. The mini figs are super cute too!

Brilliant set for an iconic scene

Initially i found it difficult to decide which sets to go for from this new wave, eventually settling on Boarding the Tantive IV, and I'm so glad I did. The set was a relatively straight forward build, with some amazing features like the sliding blast door and ability to catapult some figures, as if they had been forced away. The figures in this set are amazing with a brilliant selection, including the long anticipated Arc Trooper Fives. However, Fives does have some minor floors like the accuracy of the helmet. But this is only a minor issue on an excellent set. All together, this is a fantastic set to pick up and provides an entertaining building experience, with a brilliant figure selection and looks amazing on display!

Small
Originally posted on influenster.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good set from the ever popular Lego. I will say, once built, it’s a lot smaller than I thought it would be and probably should be labeled for slightly older kids as there isn’t a lot of playability once it’s built.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a fun Lego set! I (mom) got to put the stickers on, and watch as my 2 sons put this together. As with all Lego sets the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. This particular set comes with many figures making it even more fun to play with. Being able to open the door and knock the little guys out of the set with a flick of a switch is very cool! Definitely a must buy for Star wars and Lego fans alike!
