Great product
Yes, I recommend this
My mum was so pleased with this gift. She loved the packaging as well as the actual plant! She also mentioned how great the delivery driver was too! Slightly higher price than the same rose sold in my local garden centre but as it was packaged and delivered it was worth the price difference.

Strong, healthy plant but no name label.
Yes, I recommend this
The rose arrived on the designated day, in strong, protective packaging. On opening the box, the rose was presented in a lovely hessian bag. My only negative comment is that there was no label or tag to tell my mother that the rose was named “Mum in a Million”. This was rather a shame as the whole point was that it was a present to her for Mothering Sunday.

Disappointing
No, I don't recommend this
Normally M&S flowers are great. The Rose arrived well packaged and the recipient looked after it as per instructions. After about a week it started to go brown and about a week later the plant just died. Quite disappointing. It was taken back to an M&S store and immediately the plant was recognised as a Mum in a million Rose. A full refund was given

Great rose shame no name tag …
Yes, I recommend this
Great healthy ride delivered on time but no label of type / name of ride so ‘mum in a million’ was lost on the gift which was a real shame especially since a Mother’s Day gift !

Anonymous Rose
I bought for Mother's Day and my mum was pleased with the gift but had no idea what variety of rose it was as there was no label or picture included. I had to google for her to show what it looked like, so I was disappointed with this

Wrong colour

Nice plant bought by my daughter for my ‘yellow’ garden. Rose packaged in a yellow flowered packaging but called mum in a million which is apparently pink! Will be interesting to see what flowers occur.

Wonderful gift

Sent unseen as a Mother’s Day gift. Firstly a free Sunday delivery was so impressive and it arrived as promised. Mum said the plant was healthy, beautiful and gorgeously packed with ribbon etc. she was genuinely delighted. So one happy mum! The price including delivery was excellent value I thought and a lasting gift of love. Apparently there was no label with the rose name on? If that’s the case maybe a tip for future deliveries but otherwise 100% impressed .

No variety label
This rose was chosen for it's name as a Mothers Day gift. Disappointed that M&S didn't include any label identifying it as "Mum in a Million Rose Plant". When delivered, Mum had no idea what it was called. Hence only 4 stars

Was very disappointed to find that plant was delivered without a label. The name of the plant is the reason for purchase

What a beaty
Yes, I recommend this
My rose was given to me for mother's day and I noticed straight away how healthy and robust the framework was. It had no leaves just the promise of great things to come. I have been hardening it off for the past few weeks as the weather is so changeable and it has paid dividends. Look how healthy it is no signs of disease and almost ready plant out.

No Label
Lovely plant BUT no label so ruins the Mother’s Day experience

No plant ID label provided.
The rose arrived in good condition, however it didn't come with a plant ID label. Therefore the significance of the name of the rose was lost. Mum didn't even know what colour it was going to be. This was disappointing as I chose this rose because of its name..
