5’1” 124 lbs. I got M . Fits a bit long as I’m short but I cannot imagine trying to paint on a size small. I mean I’m sure I could and they would probably fit too but I have to be comfortable. Medium is perfect

I am constantly having to pull my pants up when I wear these. they fit perfectly and are very comfy but they just slide down around the hips. my other adidas leggings don't do this. otherwise I love them and they are very quality. not too tight and not too loose and they look great
