Bought to store all the cushions for my outdoor sofa and dining chairs, as I don’t have space indoors. Bit worried on delivery that it was too big, but while it is huge, it’s perfect for storing A LOT of stuff! Assembly was a bit challenging (did it on my own despite the 2 person advice), skinned my knuckles with every bolt, and slow, but looks great on completion. Can’t comment yet on exactly how waterproof it really is, but pretty pleased so far. Feels sturdy & good quality, which it should be for the price.

Prompt delivery. A 2 person job to put together, well made with a lining. Disappointing to find there is no protective cover and neither is there one to purchase from this company. M& S customer services were brilliant in researching this for us. Overall, attractive and well made.

OK - but some key flaws
No, I don't recommend this
I wanted to like this, but there are some flaws: firstly the instructions did not correspond to the labels on the components - which resulted in us putting it together the wrong way round. We then had to disassemble and reassemble to correct way round once we neared the end of the process which was frustrating. In addition the bolts did not fit correctly into a couple of the bolt holes. Finally the quality of the zip feels quite flimsy, making us question how long it will last. Overall OK but not great!

Great storage box, really good size fits all the cushions from my 7 seater rattan set, but a bit of a nightmare to assemble as some of the holes didn't line up with the bolts & some were covered by the rattan. Anyway we managed it & were pleased with the result but when we came to put the lining in the zip was broken, I've contacted customer service 3 days ago but as yet no reply, hence the low score.

Lovely big size, which was easy to put together. Arrived really quickly, and service from company providing item was great. Kept intouch with us of tranport date, delivery and the men were very polite. Was grwat value for money. So far so good.
