For Clothing & Home orders less than £60, the Gift Card delivery fee will be removed from final delivery costs at checkout. Remaining delivery costs will still apply.

UK returns
Please note, gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights. If you’re having problems with a gift card, please (contact us). (Republic of Ireland contact details 01556 9243)
If you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by the phone, you have the right to cancel all or part of your order for a gift card at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you place your order, provided none of the balance has been spent.

The gift card was quite cheap plastic looking, I am a massive fan of Percy pig but I don’t think much of it . But it just a gift card so . And it was a gift for family member .
