Polly Pocket Safari Set (4+ Yrs)

My two daughters have enjoyed playing with this, and is perfect for taking on trips out (usually to the swimming pool), they are more than happy to play with it together or individually, and the sticky feet on the characters help to make this something they could even do whilst travelling.

We have had this for just under a week now and my daughter still can’t wait to get home to play with it! I had polly pockets as a kid but never this cool! She loves the play set as it turns into a bag and the figures are nice and small! Fab set and worth every penny!

This arrived yesterday unfortunately there was a piece missing but didn't affect my daughter playing with it, was easy to set up and put together, polly dolls are good they stand up unaided. Good little toy to take out and about with shoulder strap to carry it around, all compact and all packs away together , daughter played with this toy for hours

This product is not only good for playing at home but is practical for when out and about kids can carry it around with them then sit and play

My four year old loves playing with the little figures and then being able to carry the pineapple around as a purse. The latch for the pineapple is a little tricky for small children and doesn’t always get all the way shut, but it hasn’t been a big issue for me. This is our first Polly Pocket and I was impressed by the quality of the very all pieces.

It is just fun that all of the fun things fit right into the purse and take with you. My child loved this and it kept her interest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item last month. I chose it because it reminded me of one of my favorites as a little kid. My children were instantly in love and didn’t put it down for the first few days we had it. It all stores nicely which is also wonderful when you have three kids sharing a room. It is a smaller toy so it is easy to store. We are definitely enjoying this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly this isn’t our favorite toy..our daughter was excited to get to play with this because she has played with my old Polly Pockets but this one is huge. The originals are small or “pocket sized” with hard plastic characters..this is huge with rubber-like sticky characters. We have issues closing it every time, it’s like a puzzle trying to find a place to put the characters and animals so that it will close properly. The thin purse-like string doesn’t seem very strong and the belt feature is a little ridiculous..the thing again is huge and most kids don’t wear a belt these days anyway. Also the giraffe is pretty tough to put in place and remove, the instructions are not great and we had no idea what to do with the stickers that it came with it because they don’t stick to most of the surfaces. She and her brother still enjoy playing with it but it’s just ok.

My niece absolutely loves pineapples, so it was a bonus being a wearable purse. We did have a problem with getting the zipline to stay up, but other than that, it was super fun to play with.

Comes in the cutest pineapple crossbody purse ... everything fits inside and opens for on the go. Inside plenty of pretend play fun for both my son and daughter (3.5 year old twins). Two durable pocket dolls so they each get one. Plenty of play. The hippo mouth opens and closes. A boat. A tree house with room for both dolls to sleep. The hammock rocks. A table and chairs for dolls to eat cupcakes. A giraffe and rhino. Meerkats that play peekaboo. Their favorite is the zip line and monkey. Best of all everything is made of durable, easy to clean plastic. Kids and I both love it! Only safety issue to note is the pieces are small so if your kids have younger siblings they need to be supervised in case they put piece in their mouth or wrap the plastic crossbody cord around their neck.

I was skeptical to get this for my 5 year old son because it’s a “purse” but honestly he doesn’t see it as that. He sees is as a fun jungle themed play set inside of a pineapple! And I totally agree! This is a great little travel play set that folds up nicely to move from room to room. Or even on the go! The packaging was great, you could see everything it came with. Assembly was quick and easy. My son had fun for hours playing with this!

It's nice that it comes with multiple figurines, as well, so that she can play with friends.

She opens it up and plays for 15 or 20 minutes then closes everything up and carries it around the house like a purse. Then she opens it up and starts over. This toy is fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this Polly Pocket free of charge for an honest unbiased review. My 5 year old daughter loves it. The animals are so cute. My daughter loves the monkey the most because you can attach the Polly Pockets to it for the zip line. You can wear it as a purse. We didn’t try it on a belt since my daughter doesn’t wear belts. There was a few issues which we resolved. It was really hard to get the table in place so that it would fold up. It took several times, but we got it. I also had trouble getting the giraffe back out. My husband had to get it out and figured out that if you take it out with the front feet first it works better and is easier. I do wish that you didn’t have to take the giraffe out to close it, but it is what it is.
