Great dress - I love it! (but?)

Bought for a party and ordered a petite 12 & 14 as some reviews said the chest was tight. They were both wrinkled as if they’d not been pressed after manufacturing - the colour is also darker than on the pictures. The dress is more voluminous than I imagined and the chest was comparatively tighter - I wore something else to the party but ended up keeping the 12 as the 14 was huge, and I love it now. I’ll get a lot of yearlong use out of this dress. The material is a nice weight, not too light or heavy - it’s soft, doesn’t crease easily and ironing is easy. Petite12 falls mid calf on 5’2. Yes, pockets would be nice but not a deal breaker as it’s such a lovely dress - the sleeves are perfect for me as they’re normally too long. Just enough interesting features to feel a bit special! Worn it with sandals, Mary Jane’s and it’ll look great with boots. The niggles I had were perhaps the darker colour, slightly tighter chest, high waist & more volume in the skirt than hoped for.. but I’m glad I kept it now!

Love this denim dress, it’s not too heavy but a good weight - initially bought petite as I’m 5’3…. but prefer the fit in the ‘tall’ which suits me more as the waist falls into place better. It needs pockets so deducted a star.

Dress arrived rather creased. I like the style and zip front of the dress. It is made in soft denim fabric, and is very comfortable to wear. The short length is good for me being 5'3'' and it comes to mid calf. I like the sleeve length, and would have like pockets in the side seams. Please make more dresses in this flattering style.

I ordered both 10 and12 as I’m between sizes, the 12 fit across my chest but was quite loose around the rest of me and the 10 was ok on the body bu slightly tighter across the chest so I worked out that I could undo the outer stitching on the chest darts and this small alteration left just enough difference to be perfect. Good quality casual dress

Lovely autumn dress i recently purchased this denim dress the fabric is lovely and soft id seen it in the shop but decided to purchase it on line i bought a size 12 petite which im so glad i did as its perfect length as im short arms chest fits perfect the arm length is good fits just below the elbow all in all its an excellent buy

This is a stylish dress, the zip makes it comfortable, no gaping. The denim isn’t too thick. I’m 5’4” (14) I bought regular length- mid calf on me. I wouldn’t want it any shorter and it is fitted at the top on me, if you want looser fit, size up.

Pure cotton denim midi dress
Love this dress it is so easy to wear and ideal now it is not so hot. The denim is lightweight so can still be worn even if it is a bit hotter as the dress is loose fitting. I am size 14 petite and it is perfect would definitely recommend. I have not washed it yet but I don’t think there will be a problem.
