Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong their life, re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place them in a clean vase and fill it with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Top up the water in the vase regularly

I chose this bouquet for my mum as it was advertised as scented. The roses and freesias were lovely colours but definitely NOT scented which was disappointing. They did last for 10 days though.

I bought these to send to my sister in Sheffield. I have found M&S to be rather hit and mis when it comes to flower orders. This was definitely a miss --fewer flowers, and very different colors. In fact, not remotely like what was advertised. I understand that the florist probably has to work with what they have in stock, but M&S should not advertise what they cannot deliver. This will be my last order with them. I will work with a florist directly next time so I know what I am getting.

Unfortunately the flowers I ordered weren’t the flowers received. The roses were fully opened as though near end of shelf life. I ordered the palest pink and lemon roses as I’d seen in store but the ones received were bright yellow and red
