Disappointing

Slightly disappointed. Didn't look quite as good as the picture. Fitted OK, if I stood still, but was too tight if I lifted my arms. Fabric a bit stiff. Had to send it back, sadly.

I bought this dress for a birthday party and had multiple compliments all night. It fit very well, snug but not tight and the fabric helps to smooth out the tummy area. The dress is short but it doesn’t ride up when walking and the underskirt/lining stays in place as well. The zip is a little bit fiddly as the embellishment goes right the way up to the zip. After 2 or 3 goes the zip now moves freely and without snagging, I was worried the fabric might be itchy or rough but it feels lovely on. No roughness under the arms or around the neck which makes it perfect for a night out. The sleeves fit very well too, they aren’t too tight and don’t dig in. The sparkle and sequins are great for a night out and the dress looks great on.

The dress is lovely but I am a size 16 and this was far too tight. So I got a size 18 and needs a bit of altering under sleeves. It is stunning for an evening. I am five foot so it is not a mini and rests just slightly below knee which is what I wanted . It is covered in sequins and pulling the zip up tricky as sequins get on the way
