Lamp arrived well packed. Easy to assemble. Very modern looking in my conservatory. Good quality lamp but very disappointed with the poor quality shade. When unpacked it was very badly dented and creased. Will need to buy another high quality shade. Not what I expect from M and S.

I'm really pleased with this floor lamp. It matches my livingroom decor perfectly. It was very easy to assemble, it only took me a few minutes and didn't need any screwdrivers or other tools to put it together.

Attractive lamp, however...
No, I don't recommend this
Once assembled this is an attractive, functioning floor lamp. However, the build-quality is poor, requiring additional tools and glue because the metal screw-retainers were badly fitted and came away (instead of locating and securing the screws). We persevered because we liked the appearance of the lamp and, frankly, couldn't be bothered to re-pack it and return. More attention needs to be paid to the quality at manufacture. The item was well-packed, in fact excessively so.
