Sonoma™ Bed

I bought this bed in 2014 and we expected it would outlive us. However, the beam has cracked completely at the headboard side of the bed. The same bed sold now has a 10 year guarantee but only a 6 year guarantee when we bought this. Customer Services have stated that they can't do anything for us which is disappointing.

The bed is lovely and it fits perfectly in the bedroom. The men installed it, constructed it, and were very polite and efficient.

Quality product. Delivery organisation a bit chaotic.

It’s a good product overall but it would have been better if the side parts of the bed were solid oak too not MDF with oak veneers.

This is the second Sonoma bed I’ve purchased. It’s solid and stylish. I have bought bed side tables, drawers and a wardrobe as They are great quality and I like having matching bedroom furniture.

Purchased to replace an existing bed. The first one was damaged, prior to being packaged, but the replacement was swift and perfect. The bed is good looking and fits well with the rest of the bedroom. I am assured it is comfortable and the slightly inclined headboard is excellent to sit and read. quite low, so my existing under-bed storage had to be replaced. The clearance isn't obvious on the website as the diagram only refers to the foot end of the bed. It is this height all the way around.

Super King: 3.45am a Big Bang and bed has just collapsed! Side panel supporting the slats is glued onto oak side panel has just collapsed on my wife’s side. My wife weighs 72kg. There is no logical reason for this collapse other than poor quality materials / construction. A decent bed frame should outlive us! This

Very strong and stylish bed, excellent quality and good materials

This bed is solid and looks good but with the design of the bed , the legs stick out and are just the right height to whack your shin on. Ouch

Constructed from attractive oak and laminated thereof. It took the industrious workman far longer than the allocated 15 mins allowed by Wincanton, due to its solid construction.

After wanting it for many years I finally bought a Sonoma Blonde double bed. It looks gorgeous. It's comfortable but it creaks every time I move, despite tightening the screws a couple of times, it's awful. The noise wakes me when I move, so, though it looks good, after only a year I plan to change it as soon as I can afford a new bed frame. Heartbreaking.

Warning !!!!!! This bed is not fit for purpose lasted less then 2 years The inner frame that the mattress sits on is made of soft pine and easily breaks Complained to Marks and Spencer and they were not interested did not even send someone to inspect the bed Don’t purchase you will be disappointed !!!!!

I'm really pleased with this product. I got a considerable discount as it was on deal at the time. It's beautifully smooth and a lovely bright colour. The base of the bed is low which is good as you would never hit your feet as the mattress is higher. The people who built it for us were very quick.
