Tailored Fit Flat Front Trousers

Good quality trousers, but waist a bit too tight and legs at least an inch longer than similar trousers bought in different colours. Interestingly having returned these I found a pair of the same trousers in store and these were much better in length and waist fit.....says something about the quality control!

Husband very happy with these trousers and so was I until I washed them.They were washed and tumble dried as per the care label. Instead of needing to give them a light pressing as I'm used to, these required extensive pressing with lots of steam and water and still I managed to create 'tram lines' on the creases. So they're now back in the washing machine and I'll try again, but i expect I'll need to take them back. Very disappointing and not the quality of fabric I expect from M&S.

Excellent fit and quality, perfect for work and going out. Nice fit on the waist and round the bum and being tailored, I would recommend them. Bought a pair of grey trousers a week or so earlier and again super fit!

Bought these trousers for my husband. They fitted well and were very comfortable. Hopefully they will prove as long lasting as the previous pair bought from M&S.

Unfortunately I had not realised when ordering them that they were a tailored fit and they did not fit my husband as he normally has a standard fit in a trouser and the size I brought him always usually fits in the standard size. Having said all this it was my fault that I brought the wrong type of trousers and they are a very good material and even though they did not fit properly they looked very good!

I have been purchasing these trousers over the last 3 years and what I have found is that the quality and fit varies each time that M&S make a change to the trouser. The current edition no longer has a button on the waist band, that button helped to make the look smart, by pilling it in at the hips. Seems like a cost cutting excercise where someone has decided that they could do away with the button fastening. My own opinion is that this has been a mistake. I do like the fact that these trousers are poly/viscose rather than a wool mix therefore are not itchy. The permanent seam on the trouser legs can be a hinderance when ironing, if you are not accurate when ironing it is easy to get tram lines and then difficult to remove them. I await the next edition of these trousers where hopefully M&S will revert to a button fastening to pull the trouser in at the hips.

Why do you not make a size 30 inside leg. 29 too small 31 too long Extra cost to have them altered

Got these for my husband’s birthday. He is very pleased with the trousers, they fit well and look good on. His pleasure is also in part because he is now two waist sizes smaller!

The let down body length was too short ,took me back to my days wearing hipsters. I do have to say all my trousers for many's a year have all been from M&S.

My husband has recently recovered from illness and needed a new wardrobe as he lost so much weight. He has found these trousers to be a great asset as they are comfortable and warm and with the permanent creese he really like them so much he has 3 pairs.

Was very pleased with the size and quality of theses trousers. Ordered online as needed short leg length and not always available in store.
