Great setting powder. Feels so soft and luxurious on the skin. Would definitely recommend. Also has a really nice subtle scent to it.

This is a really great product, coverage is great, smells amazing and the way it’s designed to allow the powder to be used is very very good.

Never bothered with finishing powders, but now...

Oh my word - this is just gorgeous! I'm not in my prime of youth (!) so wrinkles are an issue, but this is a little miracle finishing powder. As previous reviewers have said, it doesn't leave any kind of cakeiness, but just a lovely silky matt end result. I got a tan and freckles whilst on holiday, and even though it's white, it doesn't show white when on. I bought it with the Autograph Kabuki brush which is beautiful and soft and perfect for applying it. NEVER stop either product M & S!

Fantastic product

I tried this powder after my pressed NYX HD one broke. I was wafting between the Laura Mercier and the Makeup For Ever HD when I saw this and bought it on a whim. I have actually decided that instead of buying a whole boatload of stuff from the drugstore that is mediocre, instead I would invest that into a few high end products that I know will do the job well. Despite the fact that there aren't many reviews, after watching the tutorials from Lisa Eldridge and Rosie I decided to try some of the products from the line. I love this powder, the packaging is amazing. Of course the rose gold but I love the stopper in the lid that ensures powder doesn't go everywhere. I love the lavender scent, I know that some people may not like it but it was a pleasant surprise and I really enjoy it in the morning. The finely milled texture is great, I have an oily t-zone so I use it on my forehead and down my nose, as well as to set my under eye and pin point concealing. It never looks cakey or over done either. It really has become a new HG for me which is surprising because I can never settle on one product for a long time or even daily use, I always switch around and look for something better. I don't mind spending lots of money on products so I would definitely repurchase, but with that being said I also don't think that the products are cheap so I can understand how that may be a problem for some people. Overall extremely happy!

The Best Finishing Powder I've Had!
Yes, I recommend this
I have an oily skin so I always use a finishing powder. At first, I nearly didn't buy this as I was initially put off by it's white colour. However, I tried it on my skin in store and I'm so glad I did as it isn't white on the skin- it really is translucent as described. It is so finely milled that it is undetectable and just gives a pretty, natural finish. I highly recommend this powder- well done Rosie and Autograph!

A hidden gem
Yes, I recommend this
I've tested plenty of translucent powders over the last couple of years and have stuck with the cult favourite Laura Mercier translucent powder for some time. However, it is expensive and I was getting bored of repurchasing the same powder because I didn't think there could be a better product out there. I was looking at the Rosie range and picked this up and it felt very finely-milled on the back of my hand and I loved the rose gold packaging. I'm not usually one to buy things without reading reviews but I'm glad I did because when I tried it at home with my brush (Real Techniques Bold Metals powder brush) I was really impressed as you only need a tiny amount (a lot less that Laura Mercier) and I couldn't notice it on my skin as it wasn't cakey/powdery. My makeup also stayed in place and especially on my T-zone where my nose is usually oily at the end of the day which is very impressive. I was sceptical about it only being 8g (Laura Mercier is 29g at £29) but you only need the tiniest amount of product so It will last the same amount of time. One thing I would say is the smell is a bit off-putting but it is still so worth it. I'm now just waiting for this to be raved about by bloggers and youtubers so go get it!

Brilliant finishing powder - gorgeous look.
Yes, I recommend this
I set most of my foundations due to having combination skin, as I tend to have parts of my skin that are normal but can be prone to a couple of oily spots. I used this finishing powder first to set my under-eye area after applying my Charlotte Tilbury foundation and the results were amazing. So many finishing powders can look cake-y or dusty but this settles really well on the skin - setting the foundation really well, but not mattifying so much that the skin looks flat. There is a slight hint of glitter + sparkle to the powder, which really lends itself to keeping the face looking vibrant + although it obviously leaves a matte finish, it doesn't look bad at all. Quick tip though: you don't need a lot of this product at all. Make sure to tap off lots of the excess powder - the packaging is great but the powder is very fine and you can easily pick up a lot with your brush. Use a big powder brush and pick up a small amount of powder, tap off the excess and sweep gently all over the face. If you want to set specific areas instead of the whole face - use a smaller setting brush. Hope that helps!

A hidden gem
Yes, I recommend this
I have ultra dry skin and I have always struggled to set my makeup with powder, particularly the under eye area. This is the first powder which doesn't look cakey because it is so finely milled. It sits lovely and melts into the skin if you use a damp beauty blender to apply it. I have fallen in love with this product! and don't be put off by the strong scent, it isn't artificial perfume its just lavender oil and it quickly fades. Rosie's range has some hidden gems and it's all cruelty free. amazing!

Great

Powder is very fine. Sits on my skin beautiful. My skin is quite oily and I have struggled to find a powder that doesn't feel heavy or to made up. This is perfect. Looks very white in the pot but on the skin it is colour less. Has a beautiful smell also.

Best lightweight powder
Yes, I recommend this
I suffer from oily skin but find most powders are too cakey and cling to the oil. This is so lightweight it applies really well. Only down side is that it is very white powder so apply carefully otherwise you can look like a cakey ghost.

Super lightweight powder with fantastic fragrance
Yes, I recommend this
I bought this powder to use as part of my contouring routine alongside the 'killer contour stick' from the same range. It's beautifully packaged and has a wonderful fragrance too. Lightweight on the skin and does the job. I use a beauty blender to apply and this seems to work well.

Suits my complexion
Yes, I recommend this
Since M & S stopped selling the loose face powder I have been using for years I had to find another. In total I have bought 6 different makes and this is the only one I am happy with. I have a very pale complexion and do not like the silky and shiny types, I apply powder over my foundation and need it to stay in place and looking good all day. This powder does all of that, I am pleased to say! It is a bit expensive, especially for daily use, and I don't put powder on with a brush, I prefer to use a sponge type puff. It is a white powder, which seems odd, and it is supposed to blend to your natural tones, however, I cannot testify to this because my complexion is so pale, the white suits me anyway. I really do not know how it would be on any other skin. It feels comfortable, is light and smells fabulous! Just try it, after all, I had to try 5 before I found this!
