The product is fine. The service was appalling. I requested the voucher to be sent on the 23rd ready for my daughter's birthday. This wasn't done. I had to ring up and state this. Yes it was sent then. But why did I have to contact you. I felt you let me down. Or should I say you let me daughter down.
