Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Mother’s Day flowers
No, I don't recommend this
Whilst beautiful on delivery according to my Mum I was a bit disappointed when I visited her on the Tuesday ( just two days later) and the large roses were all brown and not in great condition, although she didn’t say anything, I was a bit upset. My mother has worked with flowers her whole life and knows how to condition them on arrival. While I expect that flowers on prominent days such as Mother’s Day to perhaps not last as long I would have expected them to look better after just two days. At a price of £150 I would have expected them to last a week whilst maintaining a freshness. The provided the wow factor on arrival but afraid the wow didn’t last! I am a loyal M&S customer…check my Sparks card points …and I like to think you get what you pay for and normally that is of a good quality! On this occasion I was left wondering if I had been given true M&S quality!

Expensive but absolutely beautiful bouquet. My Mum did have difficulty finding a vase big enough to display all of it, so decanted a few (non rose stems) but then again, it was a gift that just kept giving! 😍
