Wool Rich Longline Tailored Coat

This coat is beautiful but it's very poorly made. I bought one last year and within a few months the lining started falling apart along all the seams. I got it replaced, hoping that one was just faulty, but now the replacement is doing the same thing. I've looked after it perfectly, not washed it or treated it incorrectly. It's just not very well made. Not good enough for £150! Such a shame because it's a beautiful coat.

Probably a nice coat, however as the colour doesnt suit me, longer than shown on the model and its way too big, Im not going to try and get the right size.

Present for my daughter who is 6' tall. She loves the colour and it looks very elegant. Was very creased when arrived but after hanging was fine. Not particularly warm but just what she wanted a lovely coat.

Regret to say, in common with other customers purchasing this item, we found the coat very badly creased. We spent a long time using a steam generator to try and remove the many creases. End result not entirely satisfactory. M&S need to investigate and come up with a better solution for delivering a crease-free coat
