ARRIVED BADLY CREASED and NOT GOOD FIT

The main problem with this coat and reason for returning was that it arrived in small package and was extremely creased. Definitely not what I would expect for a coat costing £155!! Coat could not have been worn in condition it arrived. So will be returning to the store.

Too big, baggy and creased!

Unfortunately had to send this coat back as was very big, baggy & long, and was very, very creased. Didn't look at all like the picture, or suit me, since I'm only 5' 4" tall. I looked swamped, and I was going for smart winter coat to replace an old one. Shame as the colour was nice.

Itchy, Thin and feels cheap

So disappointed in how cheap and thin this is. It feels so cheap and itches, plus, it will catch any fluff a mile away. Getting returned immediately. Don't bother buying, especially not at this price...

The perfect coat
This is a really nice coat; classic cut, smart but not too dressy; wear anywhere. And I love the colour. I have been looking for a coat like this for years! Also warm and comfortable. Sizing and length just right.

Smart formal coat for Remembrance Sunday

The first coat bought online was much too big and had to be returned. I ordered another two sizes smaller than my usual and it fits perfectly. For once the sleeves aren’t too long, the colour is just right, the buttons are positioned correctly and it looks smart and elegant.
