Marvellous matcha

Matcha lovers, this one's for you. Our new autumn café menu gives the trending green tea drink a seasonal twist, from nutty flavours inspired by Foodhall favourites to fruity combinations made for sipping over ice.

• Iced Creamy Hazelnut Matcha: Smooth Perfect Ted Matcha is blended with oat milk and roasted hazelnut syrup for a creamy, nutty twist on your usual matcha order.

• Black Forest Matcha: A playful take on the classic dessert, combining matcha with sweet cherry fruit purée and oat milk, finished with whipped cream cold foam and 55% milk chocolate flakes.

Introducing cold foam

Meet the latest café trend: cold foam. Light, smooth and velvety, it creates a cloud-like layer on top of iced drinks, adding creamy texture while allowing all the flavours underneath to shine through.

You'll find it on our new Black Forest Matcha, but it doesn't stop there. For just 60p, you can add cold foam to any iced drink on our menu, from iced coffees to matcha, give your favourite sip an extra-luxurious finish.

From flavour-packed egg dishes to toasties with a twist, our new café menu is full of satisfying dishes inspired by global flavours and made with quality ingredients.

• Chicken Tikka Masala Toastie: Hand-cut sourdough filled with tikka-seasoned chicken breast, coriander and mint sauce, and melted Emmental cheese, all finished with chilli butter.

• Spanish Chorizo and Butter Bean Egg Bowl: Tender butter beans are simmered in a rich, spiced tomato sauce with smoky Spanish chorizo and spinach, then topped with two soft free-range poached eggs. Made using our RSPCA Assured Perfectly Poached Eggs from trusted M&S Select Farms, it's a warming dish that's perfect for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

• Greek Feta, Spinach and Roasted Pepper Egg Bowl: A vibrant bowl of chickpeas cooked in a smoky tomato sauce with roasted red peppers, chipotle chillies, herbs and a touch of balsamic. Finished with creamy Greek feta and two soft free-range poached eggs, it's packed with Mediterranean-inspired flavour and suitable for vegetarians.

• Pesto Chicken Pizza Wrap: Bringing together two lunchtime favourites, this golden baked wrap is filled with British chicken, rich pizza sauce, mozzarella pearls, cheddar and red leicester, all finished with fragrant basil pesto.

• Chunky Chicken and Grain Soup: The ultimate warming bowl for cooler days. Made with slow-cooked British chicken, vegetables and grains, this nourishing broth is packed with flavour and even counts as 1 of your 5 a day. Plus, it carries our Eat Well seal, making it a healthy choice for lunch.

• Roasted Courgette and Feta Frittata: A protein-packed option that's full of colourful vegetables and rich flavour. Roasted courgette and creamy feta are combined with mature cheddar, spinach, broccoli and peas to create a satisfying, lower-carb lunch that's ideal for any time of day.
