They're also made with Wildfarmed flour, which supports biodiversity on British farmlands. The melt-in-the-mouth pastry is deep-filled with our exclusive-recipe mincemeat, bursting with vine fruits, glacé cherries, brandy, cider, clementine juice and cognac. Plus, this year, we’ve added a secret ingredient that gives it an extra warming kick – can you guess what it is? Finally, we’ve updated the design to a beautiful kaleidoscope-inspired pastry top that echoes the stunning packaging.

Our Made Without Wheat Mince Pies are made with a crumbly, all-butter gluten-free pastry that’s filled with our classic mincemeat, spiced with dried vine fruits like Vostizza currants, sultanas and raisins, and candied peel. They’re topped with a festive pastry star and a dusting of icing sugar and taste wonderful warm.

Our chefs have created three wow-worthy toppings for our Collection mince pies this year. There’s a rich, indulgent swirl of brandy buttercream crowning our Collection Brandy Butter Mince Pies, which taste like a mince pie with a dollop of brandy butter in one. Our Collection Frangipane Mince Pies are topped with a soft almond frangipane and flaked almonds, and our Sloe Gin Crumble Mince Pies have a rubbly, crunchy crumble and sloe gin and cranberries spiking the traditional juicy mincemeat filling.
