What is the difference between the M&S Rewards Credit Card and Club Rewards?
The M&S Rewards Credit Card allows you to earn Rewards points when you spend on your M&S Credit Card. These points will be converted into Rewards vouchers for you to spend at M&S. With an M&S Rewards Credit Card, 200 Rewards points are equivalent to £2 in M&S vouchers. How do I claim on travel insurance as part of M&S Club Rewards?
If you have previously had travel insurance as a part of your M&S Club Rewards subscription, this is how to make a claim:For emergency medical assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, please call: 0800 051 3483 or +44 (0)160 360 3371 if you're calling from abroad. You'll need your policy number to hand when you call.
If you don't require urgent medical attention, you can make a claim online or by calling us on 0800 051 2619 or +44 (0)160 360 3042 if you're calling from abroad. Lines are open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm Saturday and public holidays. You'll need this information to hand:
- Your policy number
- Your personal details, plus anyone else claiming on this policy
- Details about your trip, for example, date of travel and airline (if that's relevant)
- Your bank account details so that we can settle your claims as soon as a decision is made

When will I receive my 'welcome pack'?
After you've subscribed to M&S Club Rewards, you should receive your welcome pack within 48 hours via email (or 10 days if you request this by post).After receiving your welcome pack look out for more treats throughout the year. You'll receive your hot drink vouchers – and your fashion, home and beauty vouchers – four times a year, usually in January, April, July and October. You'll receive your food voucher twice a year, usually in April and October. And you'll receive a birthday treat within the month of your birthday.
When will I receive my birthday treats?
You will receive your rewards during your birthday month. However, if you subscribe to M&S Club Rewards within your birthday month, you will receive your rewards in the month after your birthday.I've lost my hot drink/gift & treat vouchers, can I receive new ones?
Unfortunately, any misplaced hot drinks, gift or treat vouchers cannot be replaced.Terms & Conditions

M&S Rewards points can't be earned on purchases of foreign currency (including M&S Travel Money), or M&S gift cards or vouchers.
