I needed a pair of neutral wedge sandals and liked the look of the JOANIE IVY Strap Wedge Sandal. I was a little nervous ordering them without trying them on because I really, really need comfortable shoes for all-day wear as a teacher. At the last minute, I decided to also order a pair in black since they were on sale and I am SO HAPPY I DID! I could wear each pair right out of the box with no break-in period needed. The shoes seem slightly heavy when holding them, but I don't notice it once on my feet. They are very comfortable, stylish, and well-made. Worth every penny!

I normally wear 8.5-9 in sandals. I ordered a size 9. I’ve never had an issue with width on Sorel shoes, I own more than one Sorel style, and all have fit just fine. After trying on, I would re-order a size 10 to try on, but am worried it would still be too narrow. Cons: Narrow toe. Returned shoe. I suggest ordering up 1/2-1 size for wide feet, or avoid altogether? I normally don’t have this issue with the Sorel shoes. Pros: Cute! Not as heavy as they appear. Comfy construction otherwise.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable. The sole is very tennis shoe like, which makes these shoes great for walking all day. The front strap is not adjustable and may be snug for anyone with a wider than normal toe box. The wedge is just right, not too high and helpful for an Achilles tendon issue I am nursing. Would buy these in multiple colors!

So comfortable & super cute! I can wear them with anything. Would love to see them make them in a metallic color.

Cute but not the least bit comfortable. The sole is hard with no give when it hits the ground. After the 4th or 5th time wearing them I am still getting blisters.

These sandals are outstanding! I wore these for the first time ever last week, and we happened to get caught in the airport chaos with delayed and canceled flights. I wore them for 21 hrs straight and did miles and miles of walking in Boston and 2 airports. I have plantar fasciitis, and low back pain. No problems with these shoes. And… they are incredible cute on!

I bought these after ankle surgery to wear while I was in a boot. They were ideal! Now that I’m recovered they are my go to. They go with jeans or a dress. Perfect for vacation when you need a versatile pair that you can walk miles … awesome! Comfort from day one!

I bought these before a two week European vacation. I wore these for hours of walking around Paris and Zermatt. I didn’t get a single blister or pain point and we walked for 9 miles one day. These shoes got so many compliments too, I’m going to get them in every color! Absolutely love them and can’t recommend them more. For reference I am a size 10 with narrower feet.
