Care instructions
Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Free Delivery On all Flowers. Order by 8pm Monday to Friday, for next-day delivery on selected flowers, or order by 5pm on weekends for next day delivery. Sunday delivery on selected lines only. Deliveries to mainland UK excluding Northern Ireland.

I sent flowers to my sister in Scotland as a birthday gift. The proteas were not available and the substitute was extremely disappointing. The flowers (roses and gerberas I think) looked rather tatty and wind blown. They simply looked way past their best. I saw them during a Skype call and I felt embarrassed.

I was devasted to learn that the bouquet I ordered listed under a week. Proteas should last up to 3 weeks. The 'fijnbos' which was include in the bouquet was dyed pink/red and they dropped in about 2 days.

I’d give these negative stars. The flowers that arrived were completely different to the picture. Only 2 flowers included rather than the different types of flower. Even the leaves were different and I could have picked them from my garden and got better. I was lucky that I saw the flowers at the recipients house so could see what a con this was. I was incredibly embarrassed as they looked like a £3 bunch. Lucky I took photos for evidence
